Uniting Greene County for Educational + Economic Success.

Why I’m Running:

1. Enhancing Education Opportunities:

Lipscomb is committed to collaborating with communities across Greene County, including Greensboro, Siloam, White Plains, Union Point, Woodville, Greshamville, and the lake area, to improve public education opportunities for all residents. His leadership over The Lake Oconee Academy Board of Governors over the past 9 years has proven him to be passionate about public education and ensuring that every child in Greene County is set up for the best education to compete nationally and globally after graduation.

2. Improving Education & Economic Development:

Lipscomb understands the critical link between education and economic growth. He aims to ensure that Greene County's industrial development isn't hindered by underperforming schools. By enhancing education, Lipscomb believes the county can attract and retain large industries, thereby alleviating the tax burden on residential property owners while ensuring all Greene County students are equipped with the tools and resources they need to be successful and productive citizens.
